Every row is arithmetic based on 5 mg in 2 mL, producing a concentration of 2.5 mg/mL. This is not a mixing instruction. The target values are mathematical examples. They are not common, prescribed, or recommended doses.

Product-specific context
Noopept may be sold in forms that do not use a vial, diluent, or U-100 syringe. This page only demonstrates mass-to-volume arithmetic when a qualified source explicitly supplies all required vial values.
A Noopept dosage calculator can only convert values that are already known. It cannot verify identity, purity, sterility, formulation, route, clinical suitability, or whether a product is lawful or approved.
U-100 syringe units describe liquid volume: 100 units equals 1 mL. The mass of Noopept represented by that volume changes with concentration, so a unit value from another vial or source must never be copied.
Transparent arithmetic
The name does not change the equations. Concentration links mass to volume; the U-100 conversion is applied last.
