Terms of Service
The terms governing access to and use of Peptide Calculator.
Effective and last updated: July 19, 2026
1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using peptidecalculator.fit, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. The service is primarily offered to adults in the United States.
2. Educational calculator only
The service performs arithmetic using values supplied by the user. It does not identify a substance, verify a label, recommend a dose, diagnose or treat a condition, prescribe, compound, dispense, or provide instructions for administration.
Outputs may be wrong if inputs, assumptions, software, or device markings are wrong. You are responsible for independently checking all units and consulting a licensed clinician or pharmacist before making a health-related decision.
3. Accounts and saved records
Anonymous calculation does not require an account. Saving requires an account and an affirmative storage choice. You are responsible for accurate registration information, account credentials, and activity under your account.
Do not use the saved-record feature as the sole or authoritative record for clinical care, prescribing, inventory, or emergency decision-making.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the service for lawful personal or internal informational purposes. You may not interfere with security, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, automate abusive traffic, extract personal data, impersonate another person, introduce malware, or use the service to facilitate unlawful conduct.
5. Intellectual property and feedback
The website design, original text, graphics, software, and brand elements are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable law. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service.
If you submit feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation, but we do not acquire ownership of your confidential account content through that permission.
6. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, impose reasonable limits, or correct errors. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or compatibility with every device.
7. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, merchantability, or uninterrupted operation.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, opportunity, or goodwill arising from the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability for claims relating to the free service will not exceed USD 100. This limitation does not exclude liability that applicable law does not permit to be limited.
9. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify the operator from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights. This does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by the operator’s own unlawful conduct.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, abuse, or legal necessity. You may stop using the service and may request account deletion at any time. Provisions intended by their nature to survive will remain effective.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
No private arbitration agreement is imposed by these Terms. A dispute will be submitted to a court with jurisdiction under applicable procedural and consumer-protection law. Before filing, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through [email protected].
12. General terms
If one provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without consent; we may assign them in connection with a lawful reorganization.
