Privacy Policy

Peptide Calculator is an independently operated online service using the Peptide Calculator brand. The operator is based in mainland China. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to [email protected].

The service is designed and marketed primarily for adults in the United States, but a public website may be discovered and used from other locations.

Anonymous calculations run in your browser. We do not intentionally transmit or store the numerical calculator inputs unless you sign in, separately consent to storage, and select Save calculation.

Calculation inputs may reveal or permit inferences about health-related interests. We treat saved calculation data as sensitive. Saving is optional and requires a separate affirmative choice.

We do not sell saved calculation data or use it for targeted advertising. We do not claim that this service or its records are HIPAA compliant, HIPAA certified, or a substitute for a regulated medical record system.

We use account data to authenticate users, secure the service, provide saved records, respond to requests, prevent abuse, maintain operations, and comply with legal obligations. Optional analytics is used to understand public-page performance and improve the product.

Where a law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on performance of the user agreement, consent for optional storage or analytics, legitimate interests in securing and improving the service, and compliance with legal duties. Consent may be withdrawn prospectively.

We may disclose limited information to infrastructure, database, authentication, email, security, and analytics providers that process it for service delivery. The initial database provider is Neon. Google processes information when you choose Google sign-in.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the service, investigate abuse, or complete a business reorganization subject to appropriate protections. We do not authorize providers to use saved calculation data for their own advertising.

The operator may access information from mainland China. Data may also be processed in the region selected for hosting, database, authentication, or other providers. This may place information in jurisdictions with different privacy rules.

Where legally required, we will use an appropriate transfer mechanism. Because the current operating structure may not satisfy every EU or UK representation requirement, users in those regions should consider this limitation before creating an account or saving data.

Saved calculations remain until you delete them, delete the account, or the retention process applies. Accounts that remain inactive for 24 months may be scheduled for deletion after a 30-day advance notice when a working email address is available.

Security logs, support records, consent records, backups, and records required for legal compliance may be retained for a reasonable period based on their purpose. Backup copies may persist temporarily after deletion until ordinary rotation completes.

The Privacy Center allows signed-in users to export saved calculations in JSON or CSV and delete saved calculation data. Security settings provide the account deletion flow.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent where applicable by emailing [email protected] from the account email. We may verify identity and may retain information where law permits or requires.

Essential cookies support sessions, security, and routing. Optional analytics, including Google Analytics if later configured, must remain off until the applicable consent choice is available. Calculator input values must not be sent to analytics.

We use measures intended to protect information, including access controls, encrypted transport, provider safeguards, and data minimization. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

The service is intended only for people age 18 or older. We do not knowingly create accounts for children.

We may update this policy as the service, providers, or law changes. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an account or email notice.
