Trust and transparency
Editorial policy
Our standards for formula documentation, educational guides, sources, corrections, and content boundaries.
Our purpose
We publish plain-language explanations of unit conversion and calculator formulas. Content is educational and is not a substitute for medical, pharmaceutical, or legal advice.
How content is prepared
Each guide begins with a defined search question and a calculation-focused outline. Formula claims are checked against primary mathematical relationships and authoritative unit references. Health and legal claims are limited, sourced to official authorities where possible, and reviewed before publication.
- Show formulas and units rather than hiding methodology.
- Separate mathematical examples from recommendations.
- Avoid claims about product identity, efficacy, safety, or dosing.
- Use original diagrams or clearly licensed supporting visuals.
- Do not publish mass-generated pages with no distinct reader value.
Review and updates
Core calculator examples are tested against known reference values. Guides and policies are reviewed when formulas, features, providers, or relevant official guidance changes. A visible updated date is used where timing is material.
Corrections
Report a suspected error to [email protected] with the page URL and the specific statement or calculation. Material errors will be corrected promptly and, where useful, explained on the page.
Commercial independence
The initial release has no paid calculation API, sponsored product placement, affiliate recommendation, or paid plan. Future commercial relationships will be disclosed and will not determine calculator outputs.
