1. Read the current label
Enter the total CJC-1295 amount printed on the vial and the total liquid volume for that same vial. Do not combine values from two products.
Use this page to check calculations from a clearly identified label. It does not recommend CJC-1295, choose an amount, or assume that products described as “with DAC” and “without DAC” are equivalent.
Illustrative arithmetic · not dosing guidance
Every row is arithmetic based on 5 mg in 2 mL, producing a concentration of 2.5 mg/mL. This is not a mixing instruction. The target values are mathematical examples. They are not common, prescribed, or recommended doses.
| Example target | Volume at 2.5 mg/mL | U-100 marking |
|---|---|---|
| 250 mcg | 0.1 mL | 10 units |
| 500 mcg | 0.2 mL | 20 units |
| 1,000 mcg | 0.4 mL | 40 units |
The peptide selector stores the name only. Enter the exact total mass, liquid volume, and target mass from one clearly identified product.
Three-step calculation
This page explains the calculation. The shared Peptide Calculator applies values you already have and never chooses a vial amount, liquid volume, target mass, or schedule.
Enter the total CJC-1295 amount printed on the vial and the total liquid volume for that same vial. Do not combine values from two products.
Use the CTA above to preselect CJC-1295, then replace every illustrative value with the vial, liquid, and target values from your qualified source.
Read concentration first, then mL, then the U-100 marking. Repeat the decimal and unit conversion independently before relying on the result.
Product-specific context
CJC-1295 is a synthetic analogue associated with growth-hormone-releasing hormone research. Online sellers may describe products as CJC-1295 with DAC, without DAC, or use other overlapping names. Those labels cannot be treated as interchangeable inputs.
This page applies the same mass-to-volume arithmetic to the values entered, but correct arithmetic cannot resolve ambiguous identity. If the label does not clearly state the substance and amount, stop before calculating.
FDA lists CJC-1295 among bulk substances that may present significant safety risks in compounding and notes limited available clinical data. The example table therefore must not be read as a default dose or protocol.
Transparent arithmetic
The name does not change the equations. Concentration links mass to volume; the U-100 conversion is applied last.
vial mg ÷ liquid mL = mg/mLtarget mg ÷ mg/mL = mLdose mL × 100 = unitsIf the target is entered in mcg, divide by 1,000 before using the dose-volume formula. The linked calculator does this conversion internally while keeping both mass units visible in the result.
Before accepting a result
Record qualifiers such as DAC exactly as written and do not borrow figures from a different variant.
A combined vial amount cannot determine the individual concentration of CJC-1295 without component-level labeling.
A decimal result may fall between syringe graduations; the calculator cannot improve the resolution of a physical device.
Common questions
Continue with a specific intent
Each peptide has its own landing page and product context. Calculator formulas may be shared, but labels and regulatory boundaries are not interchangeable.
This page performs mathematical conversions only. It does not recommend CJC-1295, provide a dose or protocol, verify a product, establish sterility or compatibility, or replace instructions from a licensed prescriber or pharmacist.
